PharmaPOS started life as the day-to-day point-of-sale system for a working Kenyan pharmacy — handling real retail sales, real wholesale orders, real stock, and real insurance claims, every day.

Built by pharmacists who understood the gaps in off-the-shelf retail software — expiry tracking that actually follows First-Expiry-First-Out, M-Pesa as a first-class payment method, offline support for unreliable connections, and compliance with Kenyan VAT, KRA eTIMS, and SHA/NHIF claims — PharmaPOS was designed around how a pharmacy actually runs, not how a generic retail system thinks it should.
